Throughout my journey in photography I have found my love for senior photoshoots. I have so much fun customizing a session to fit seniors’ hobbies and styles. There’s times where I also introduce my concepts and ideas and they help me bring those to life.  Without a doubt, senior season is my favorite season. It's sad to see it come to an end when summer start to come around. So, in order to make my photography heart happy and have senior sessions year-round, I've decided to bring back the JMWJ Senior Rep Program and I am in search of Class of 2027 representatives! The Application Deadline is June 30, 2026.

What exactly is A Senior Rep Team?

It’s a group of local high school seniors (class of 2027) who get a chance to work with me for a unique senior photography experience and in return, they "represent my brand" and help me advertise my photography business by encouraging friends and family to book their sessions with me. Throughout this experience, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of fun, styled shoots, get discounts, and even get the opportunity for a cash prize.

Instead of paying for paper or digital marketing, a senior rep team allows me to give back to the community who support me in a fun and creative way. The ultimate goal is to make this experience as fun as possible, get to know my reps on a personal level, and not only feel like your photographer, but a friend as well.

The application process:

I’m looking to build a group of seniors who love taking pictures and are willing to post on social media frequently to encourage their friends and family to book me as their photographer. You’ll submit an application and will be given the opportunity to set up a video or phone call so that I can get to know more about you and see if you'd be a great fit for our team.

What you’ll receive:

Bellow you'll find a schedule and what all would be included if you're part of the senior rep team. (Exact locations and dates tbd)

Session Schedule:

  • Summer (beach ro creek) Headshot Mini and Meet & Greet: The senior(s) and I will all meet up at one location in the Houston Area where they will receive welcome goodies and have their very first individual rep team photos taken. The senior gets to choose 5 images of their choice from their mini session. This will take place beginning of august.

  • Fall Session: Each Senior receives a one hour outdoor session customized to their liking! Typically this would take place in September or October. During this session you’ll get the opportunity to have 2 different outfits and you’ll get your choice of 12 high resolution images.

  • Spring Cap & Gown Session: Typically late April is when everyone has received their cap and gowns from their school. Each seniors will have their own 1-hour session where we will highlight gowns, their high school experience, college tees or whatever path they’ve chosen for themselves post-high school! With this session, they’ll receive their choice of 15 images, a digital graduation announcement, a set of 25 graduation announcements/invitations/cards, and a $40 credit towards prints or other products from this session.

Other JMWJ Rep Perks:

  • Seniors and their parents get 15% off any other sessions booked and photographed during their time as a senior rep. (E.g fall minis, holiday sessions, prom, family session, birthday sessions, etc.) Must be used for immediate family only.
  • Senior Reps will be the first to know about model call opportunities. Model calls are HIGHLY discounted sessions with creative concepts that I want to bring to life and use for promotional purposes.
  • Senior Reps Receive $10 for every senior/graduation session referral (delivered in electronically or in gift-card form at the Senior Rep Program (June 2027).

Bonus: I may even throw in extra free goodies here and there.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the value and cost for the Senior Rep Program?

This Sessions and photos are easily valued over $800 (not including photo products and freebies). However, it’s all available for senior reps at the cost of $600 + tax.
The fee is split into 3 equal payments: The first due upon being accepted and signing your contract. The second is due September 30, 2026. The third is due January 10, 2027.

Do we need to be dressed/styled a specific way for the sessions?

For the most part, wardrobe will be up to the seniors. If I opt for Group sessions, I may ask for a specific color(s) to be incorporated, for example, pink and red for a valentines day session, but the style is up to the senior! Of course, I'd be willing to help choose something out if needed and seniors have free access to my Cleint closet as well!

Are there any other requirements that the applicants should be aware of?

As part of the Senior Rep Team, seniors be asked to not participate in any other photographer's rep team during the time of being a JMWJ Senior Rep. As a representative, you'd be promising to help JMWJ with marketing, and do things like sharing our ad's, posting your photos and crediting JMWJ as a photographer, and word of mouth recommendations. More will be explained throughout the application process.

How do I apply?

If you think you have what it takes and would like to be part of our team, tap on the "Apply Here" button located on the top or at the bottom of this page. you'll be redirected to the application.

How many photos will the seniors receive?

The amount of photos received will depend on the session. After every session, the senior reps will receive a proofing gallery that may have anywhere between 30 and 100 photos. From there you will select the images you’d like, which can vary from 5 to 15 photos depending on the shoot. Additional images are available for purchase as well!

The senior doesn't feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

For the senior team, I am specifically looking for seniors that are comfortable having photos taken, or at least willing to go out of their comfort zone to be in front of the camera.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no “hidden fees.” Seniors and their parents will be made aware of any additional fees that are asked of them far in advance. Ultimately they will have the choice of whether or not to proceed with that option. For example, Parents and seniors have the option of purchasing additional images, prints, canvases, and other products. Also, if the graduate requests their session to take place at location that requires a travel fee, rental fee or permit (for example a studio or a farm) they will be made aware of that prior to scheduling the session and will be responsible for any rental fee needed if they decide to proceed with that location.
